Can we talk about how landlords used to actually work with you on a low score?
My mom rented a house in Toledo back in 2003 with a 540 and the landlord just asked for two months up front, but last week a guy at my job said his new place in Columbus wanted 650 or a co-signer making 4x the rent. Feels like the rules flipped somewhere and nobody sent the memo, so how are you all getting around these score cutoffs now?

Nobody sent the memo" because the memo is just more renters chasing fewer places, so landlords can be picky now.
