Bought a 'like new' refurbished air fryer off Facebook Marketplace for $25, got home and the timer knob fell off in my hand.

Called the seller and she said it worked fine when she tested it, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has luck actually fixing these things or if I just eat the $25 and toss it?

Twenty five bucks is like the cost of two burritos and a soda around here. My bank account basically files a missing persons report anytime I spend that much on a whim. Spent that much on a parking ticket last week and I'm still grumbling about it to my cat.
