Hit 10,000 steps for 100 days straight and the data surprised me
I started tracking my steps back in January after seeing a viral post about how 10k is mostly a marketing number. After 100 days straight, my average resting heart rate dropped from 72 to 64 bpm. That's a bigger change than I expected from just walking. Anyone else seen real health shifts from hitting basic step goals?
