Just stumbled on a stat about how much time pro chefs spend on knife sharpening

I was reading a blog from a serious kitchen supply place last night (bored, you know?) and found out that line cooks average like 45 minutes a shift just on keeping their knives sharp. That blew my mind because I probably spend 10 minutes a week on mine at home. But I guess when you're doing 50 pounds of onions a day, it makes sense. Has anyone here actually tracked their sharpening time vs. what you'd expect?

Nah that stat seems way high unless they're counting time standing around waiting for the stone.

My last build hit 4 hours and 45 minutes of queuing total across three different mythic dungeons, and that was just the active time waiting in Stormwind. You've gotta factor in the tank shortage hitting right at 7pm server time and the healer who kept dropping group after we finally got one. Best trick I've found is to que for a mythic 0 right when the daily reset drops, not during peak hours, and always have your group finder notes ready to go with the key level you're actually running. What time do you usually try to get your groups together?
