My back would have hurt if I believed that deep fake yoga video

Scrolling through feeds yesterday. Came across a yoga guide for back pain. The instructor seemed famous but something felt off. Her spine curve in one pose was too perfect. I looked closer at her neck skin. It had that glossy, no-pore look common in fakes. The breathing rhythm also didn't match the movement. Saved myself from copying bad form. Always inspect wellness videos for weird details.

That breathing rhythm mismatch is a huge clue. I've fallen for a few videos where the movements seemed out of sync. It really makes you question what's real online.

Have you noticed how many workout videos online just feel TOTALLY OFF lately? I tried a meditation guide last week where the voice had this WEIRD digital echo, like a robot trying to calm you down. My dog even started barking at the speaker after ten minutes, probably sensing the fake vibes. Now I always check the channel history first because it's WILD what editing can do.

AI smoothing over realness feels creepy now.
