My Wacom tablet driver crashed right before a client review call yesterday.
I had to quickly switch to my old Huion tablet from 2018, which still had its drivers installed, to show the final character design concepts.

Right before a client call" is the worst! I used to only trust one brand, but having that old backup ready totally saved you.

That old clunker becoming your savior is honestly a pretty common thing, lol. It's funny how the stuff we're about to replace always picks the worst time to actually prove its worth. Maybe there's a life lesson in there about not taking your trusty tools for granted, even if they are loud and slow.
