Hit the 30 day mark of being officially divorced and something clicked

I don't know why but the number 30 just felt huge. Not the first week or even the court date, but that 30th day after the papers went through. I was sitting at my kitchen table in Portland and it hit me that I hadn't thought about her schedule or checked my phone for a text from her in almost a month. That felt like a real milestone, not just a number on a calendar. Did anyone else have a random day or number that made it feel like you were actually moving on?

Congrats man, only 29 more years until you can forget you were ever married at all. But seriously, 30 days without checking for a text is basically winning the lottery in divorce terms.
