That viral celery juice cleanse on TikTok gave me the worst stomach cramps of my life
I tried it for 3 days straight last month, drinking 16oz every morning before breakfast. Day 2 I was in the bathroom every 20 minutes, totally dehydrated. Turns out raw celery has a ton of fiber and natural sugars that can mess with your gut if you're not used to it. Anyone else fall for this and regret it?
Respectfully, celery juice actually helped settle my stomach (once I got past the first couple days). Starting with just 8oz and slowly working up might make the bloating easier to handle.
