PSA: Simple wrist stretches saved my hands from cramping up.

My hands used to ache after back to back facials. Now I do quick stretches between appointments. Just flex and extend your fingers for 30 seconds. Also, rotate your wrists slowly to loosen up.

Tried those finger flexes after long typing days like alice_king66 mentioned. Makes a huge difference when your hands start locking up. Really simple but it works.

Wrecked my wrists learning guitar last summer. Did those same wrist rolls between songs. Stopped the pain almost instantly.

Those little rolls are a lifesaver for computer work too. Saved me from so much stiffness after long typing sessions. (Works way better than just shaking your hands out.)
