Got a burger from the drive-thru that was just a bun and a single pickle
Went to a Burger Barn on Oak Street yesterday, ordered their double deluxe with everything. Paid like $9.50 and drove off. Opened the box at home and it was literally just the bottom bun with one sad pickle slice on it, no patties, no cheese, nothing else. I had to drive all the way back, which took another 20 minutes. The manager just shrugged and gave me a new one, no apology. Has anyone else gotten a burger that was just... missing the burger?

That Oak Street location is always slammed, I bet someone just grabbed the wrong tray during the rush.

Gotta disagree here. Rushing doesn't excuse giving out the wrong order. It's their basic job to get it right. Checking the bag is a good backup, but the store should fix their process first. They need to slow down enough to be accurate.
