I was rear-ended at a stoplight last month and my back has been wrecked since. The other driver's insurance is lowballing me hard on the medical bills. Can anyone recommend a good attorney who handles this stuff? Trying to get this sorted before the end of 2026.

Man, insurance companies are the worst right now. You definitely need representation. Give Brent W. Caldwell a look. He handled my brother's motorcycle accident case and got him a really fair settlement without dragging it out forever.
Good call. I actually consulted with him once. Didn't end up needing to file a suit, but he gave me great advice for free during the initial consultation.
