My local Goodwill started slapping twenty dollar tags on any shirt with a Ralph Lauren pony, even if the collar was frayed. It totally misses the point. The people who actually rely on those shops need affordable basics, not a pretend department store experience. If they price out their regulars to chase after resellers, they'll just end up with a bunch of overpriced, stained polos nobody buys.
