Appreciation post: My 'waterproof' shed roof leaked after the first heavy rain in Seattle last fall because I used the wrong underlayment.

I learned the hard way that a $30 roll of basic roofing felt isn't enough for our constant drizzle, and now I'm looking for a better sealant for the plywood before I re-shingle, so has anyone used that peel-and-stick ice and water shield stuff on a shed?

Wasted $80 on a 'universal' DPF pressure sensor that didn't fit

I was in a rush and grabbed one off the shelf at the parts house, assuming it would work on a Duramax. The connector was wrong and the threads were off, so I had to order the right one anyway. Anyone have a go-to brand for sensors that actually match the specs?

That's a really interesting take from brooke_taylor, but I see it the other way. Sometimes a crowd is onto something good, and missing out just to be different feels like cutting off your nose to spite your face. Phoenix_burns28 had the right idea by asking what changed her mind, because giving a hyped show one episode is a pretty low risk. With Odd Taxi, the hype was totally about the writing and story, not just the look, so skipping it would have been my loss. What's a show you were glad you didn't skip even though everyone was talking about it?
