inSerious question, how do you deal with knee pain after a long downhill hike?
The Appalachian Trail section I hiked in spring was over 20 miles in two days. My knees ached, but it felt like normal muscle soreness, not some major strike. Maybe the popping sound is just joints adjusting, not a sign of damage. I see folks talking like hiking ruins their knees for weeks, but most times it's just your body getting used to the work. If you're really in pain that long, maybe check with a doctor instead of joking about crawling.

inHeads up on glue-down vinyl tile issues in room centers
Yeah, Barbara's spot on. Seen that exact thing in a church basement we did. Edges looked perfect for months, then one day you could peel the middle tiles up like a sticker. Slab tested dry on the surface, but the meter went crazy when we checked deeper. Had to tear it all out and put down a moisture barrier. That wicking action from damp concrete will break any glue bond over time.

inFeedback on Sell My House Fast Group?
Same experience here. I loved that I could sell as is. Left a bunch of junk in the garage and they didn't care. Plus, getting a cash offer in 24 hours was nice.

inPruning my roses felt like plant abuse, not care
My grandmother's old rose bush got the worst of my pruning efforts last weekend. In my experience, I have a talent for turning pretty flowers into sad sticks. If they come back with an attitude, it's probably because they're mad at me for the hack job. I'm just hoping they don't start throwing thorns at me when I walk by. But hey, your mileage may vary if you actually know what you're doing.
