Caught an AI art piece in a client's logo that had a hand with 6 fingers

I was on a job last month, helping a local coffee shop in Austin rebrand. The owner showed me this logo she paid $50 for from some AI art service. Looked fine on the phone screen but when I printed it out for the sign, the barista lady in the logo had six fingers on one hand. I pointed it out and she got real quiet. Told her to have a real artist clean it up for $100 more. She agreed after I showed her the print next to a normal hand. Has anyone else caught weird anatomical mistakes in AI stuff that slipped past clients?

Yeah the six finger thing is a dead giveaway every time. Best trick I found is zooming in on hands and eyes before showing anything to a client, saves a lot of awkward conversations later.

3 out of 4 times the six finger thing is what gives it away for me too. I started checking the ears actually - ai still messes up the shape and shadows around them pretty bad. Had a client last month who almost posted a wolf howling at the moon image, and the wolf had like 7 toes on one paw. Caught it right before she hit publish, she was so relieved. Now I always triple check any animal feet too, not just hands and eyes.

Six fingers just means you got extra value for your money.
