Friend told me my chicken strips were too dry - fixed it with a simple trick
I always made air fryer chicken strips by just tossing them in oil and spices, but my friend said they came out dry and bland. Last week I tried brining the chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes before coating them, and they turned out juicy with a better crunch. Has anyone else tried a buttermilk soak for their air fryer chicken?

Brining strips for just 30 minutes doesn't sound like enough time to make a real difference.
