Tried posting at 6am instead of my usual noon slot and my engagement doubled in 3 days

I run a small gardening account and I always just posted whenever I had a free minute, usually around lunch. Last Tuesday I decided to try posting at 6am right when people are waking up and scrolling. My first post got 400 likes in the first hour which is like 3x my normal rate. I also noticed my comments were way more thoughtful, like people actually had time to type stuff out. Has anyone else played with posting times and seen this kind of jump on a niche topic?

Hmm, I dunno man. My brain at 6am is barely functional, let alone productive. I feel like that's when I'm most likely to make dumb mistakes that take twice as long to fix later.

Saw a thing online about how early morning slots are actually more productive for most people (something about your brain being fresher before all the day's noise kicks in). Glad it worked out for you though @charles836, makes me think I should try shaking up my own routine.
