TIL a trick for keeping track of seasonal anime

I was trying to watch like five new shows this season and kept forgetting which episode I was on. My notes app was a mess. So I made a simple spreadsheet on Google Sheets. I put the show names, the day they air, and a box to check after I watch. I set it up on my phone's home screen. Now I just tap it open and see everything at once. It took maybe twenty minutes to set up last Sunday. I haven't missed an episode since. Does anyone else have a better system for this? I feel like there has to be an easier way than my janky spreadsheet.

Oh yeah, it's a total game changer. But what do you actually track in yours? I'm always looking for new columns to add because mine feels messy after a while. I can never decide if I should log the time spent on a task or just the completion date.

Totally get that messy spreadsheet feeling lol. Mine always starts clean then turns into a color coded nightmare after a few weeks. I gave up on tracking time and just do completion dates now, way less stressful.
