Had a week where every showing went perfectly

Last Wednesday I had three showings in one day and every single one led to an offer by Friday. One buyer even called me from the driveway saying they wanted to put in an offer before they walked through the front door. It was the kind of week that makes you feel like you actually know what you're doing. Has anyone else ever had a run of luck like that where everything just lined up?

That's exactly what happened with one of mine @ray_sullivan. Just trusted the gut feeling and it worked out fine.

That line about the buyer calling from the driveway before even stepping inside got me. Did you ever wonder if that kind of quick decision comes back to bite people later, or do you think it's just a solid gut feeling they had? I'm always curious if the buyers who move that fast are the ones who end up happy six months down the road. Seems like the ones who take their time and ask a million questions usually know what they're getting into.

Yeah I actually read something about how people who make fast decisions are often happier because they don't overthink themselves into regret. But then again you never really know what's behind that drywall or under the sink until much later.
