Customer said my filler work looked like play-doh

Guy was a jerk about it but he was right. Now I use a cheese grater style file instead of sanding between coats and it actually saves me time. Anyone else get roasted into better technique?

Whoa, I actually gotta push back on that a little. Sanding between coats can give you a way smoother finish than a cheese grater file if you're patient.
