Hot take: a customer said my diagnostic process was 'like watching a confused raccoon'

They were right, I was just swapping parts without a solid plan. Now I always start with a voltage drop test first, even if it adds ten minutes. Anyone else have a weird comment that actually improved their workflow?

Totally agree with "forget the insult." I read a thing about how our brains hold onto negative feedback way too hard. Lee18 is right, it takes real work to focus on the useful part instead of just feeling attacked.
