Hit 50 cold email replies in one week and almost didnt believe it

I run a small B2B consulting firm in Austin and usually get maybe 5-10 replies a week from cold emails. Last month I tested a new approach where I personalized each first line with something specific from their LinkedIn or recent blog post. Ended up with 50 replies in one week, which tripled my usual conversion rate. Has anyone else tried hyper-personalization for cold outreach and seen a big jump like that?

Yeah I tried something similar last month and it worked way better than I expected too. It's wild how just that one extra line can make people actually stop and read your email instead of trashing it.
