Rant: IT guy at a Denver SaaS meetup said 'support tickets are just a churn tax,' and I can't stop thinking about my $2k/mo plan
Now I'm wondering if I should ditch the managed helpdesk I've paid for 14 months and just have my ops lead handle tickets directly, or if that guy was just selling something.

Ah yes, the "churn tax" guy, probably sells helpdesk software out of his trunk.
