Finally got the shed floor level after three tries.

Used leftover patio pavers on a bed of crushed stone. Thought it would be a quick fix, but the ground was way softer than I expected. Anyone else have to re-level a shed after a wet spring?

Yeah, that "bed of crushed stone" is the key part. It needs to be way thicker than most people think, like a solid six inches packed down hard. The ground soaks up water and turns to mush, then your pavers just sink right in. I ended up digging out a deeper area, tamping the stone in thin layers, and it finally held.

That six inch base is smart. @max_cooper21, when you tamped in thin layers, how many inches did you add at a time before compacting? I've heard two inches is the max, but I'm worried about getting it level.

Yeah, that two inch max is the right call, @alicer53, keeps it level.
