DAE miss when pitmasters just cooked instead of filming everything?
Back in 2012 I'd drive 2 hours to watch a guy in Lockhart tend his offset all day, no phone in sight. Now every young cook at a comp has a ring light and three cameras going while the brisket sits there getting cold. Does anyone else feel like we lost something when the pit stopped being the whole show?
