I finally binged The Bear and my DVR is still crying about it
So I started watching The Bear on Hulu last Saturday (thinking I'd just watch one episode, you know how that goes). Six episodes later at 3 AM, I realized my DVR had stopped recording my weekly shows because the hard drive was full from all the other stuff I never deleted. Now I'm trying to catch up on two weeks of chopped and masterchef while avoiding spoilers for the bear season 3 finale. Has anyone else had a streaming show mess up their whole recording schedule like this?

Right? The Bear ate my whole Sunday. Now I'm three weeks behind on everything else and just gave up, honestly.

Did you ever go back to it, or did you just let it stay unfinished? I mean, I totally get why someone would just give up, honestly. @angela_morgan it's one of those shows where you almost have to schedule your whole day around it because once you start you can't stop. The panic just builds and builds and then you're like three episodes deep at 2am wondering where your evening went. But idk, maybe that's part of what makes it so good even when it's stressful.

Get real with me here - did you actually finish watching it or did you tap out halfway through episode 4 like I almost did? Ngl, that show made me want to scream into a pillow for like a week straight. Tbh I think the panic and chaos is what got me hooked because it felt way too real, but also I hated myself for loving it. Honestly curious if you felt the same or if you were just annoyed by the whole thing.
