Back in my college dorm, we had a similar thing with fire alarms going off during movie nights. Honestly, getting noise canceling headphones like Simon suggests would just cut you off from your friends. Those baby cries are now a core memory of your horror night, not a bug. Ngl, trying to fix every loud interruption makes everything too sterile and boring. The mess is what makes hanging out with people fun, not some perfect, quiet show.

That "soundtrack of baby cries" is too real. My friend had a neighbor's parrot that squawked through every quiet moment in his shows. He got a pair of noise-canceling headphones, and now he can watch anything without those random interruptions.
