One perfect Monday last month had me feeling like I cracked something
I woke up at 5am without an alarm, had a cold shower, drank my electrolyte mix with creatine, and somehow got 3 hours of deep focus on a work project before lunch. Felt so sharp and clear I thought I'd found some secret combo. Has anyone else had a random day where everything clicked and you tried to recreate it?

Oh man, the trap is thinking it's the routine when it might have just been the phase of the moon or barometric pressure or something totally random! That kind of alignment is probably never gonna repeat exactly the same way.

So @thomas_price are you saying I need to check the Farmer's Almanac before I tell my wife I'll mow the lawn every Saturday? Because that's exactly where my head went. You're probably right though, half the time I think I've got a system down and it turns out it was just the planets aligning or whatever. Last month I swore I'd found the perfect morning routine, but now I'm pretty sure it was just that weird cold front making me get up early. Next thing you know I'll be blaming my good hair days on solar flares instead of the new shampoo.

Track the variables next time. Write down what time you ate dinner, temp outside, caffeine intake, your sleep quality, even the barometric pressure if you want. After a few weeks you'll probably see it's never one magic combo, more like a range of conditions that work. I keep a quick note on my phone and my best days usually come after lighter dinners and waking up naturally, not forcing the 5am thing.
