inStumbled on a stat about how many "duct cleaning" videos are just fake dust for views
Wait, 60%? That's way higher than I figured, like maybe a third tops. @williamhenderson I get the satisfying angle, but knowing someone threw a bag of dirt in there for clicks kind of ruins it for me. Saw one video where the guy had a helper dumping insulation chunks into the duct right before he "discovered" them, super obvious on the reflection in a window. Makes you wonder how many other "satisfying" cleaning videos are totally fake too. Just feels like a weird thing to lie about for views, you know?

inRant: I was preheating my air fryer wrong for 18 months
Preheating changed my whole air fryer game too, and @abby_cooper's right about that crunch.

inThat Honeywell Vista panel I swore was bulletproof - just had 3 fail in a row
Hold up, is this really a widespread issue or just a weird batch? I mean, I've seen bad capacitor runs happen before, but three in a row from the same serial range sounds more like a fluke than a sign the panels are suddenly junk. Idk, maybe it's just me but I'd test a couple of my old stock before freaking out.

inGot a message from a stranger who said my video breakdown saved them from a scam
Playing devil's advocate here... that story sounds a little too perfect, like a made up testimonial for a YouTube comments section. People who actually fall for those scams probably aren't the type to suddenly spot a weird eye blink pattern and change course. It's more likely they just hung up and felt embarrassed later.

inNeighbor told me my fence storage rack was an eyesore - changed the whole design
Man I would have probably doubled down out of spite and built an even uglier rack just to prove a point. But you actually listened and ended up with something cleaner, that's basically the opposite of how these things usually go. Maybe your neighbor owes you a beer for saving you from your own bad design.
