My first live website deployment crashed hard in under 5 minutes
Spent weeks building a simple portfolio site, deployed it through Netlify last Tuesday, and it went down because I forgot to set the redirect rules for single-page routes. Has anyone else had a 'wait, that's a thing?' moment with deployment basics?

A single page app redirect is a 5 minute fix in your Netlify config file. Unless you had 10,000 people hitting the site at once, a crash from a routing problem is just a minor hiccup. You learned something and fixed it, so it's not really the end of the world.

Yeah, that "minor hiccup" point got me. I always thought crashes like that meant something was seriously broken, but you're right, sometimes it really is just a quick config fix and a lesson learned.

It's like when your phone acts up and a restart fixes everything.
