Found a way to save $85 a month just by switching my cat's litter brand.
After my cat gave me the stink eye for a week straight over the new budget litter, I realized she actually preferred the cheaper stuff and now my wallet doesn't cry every time I refill the box.

Oh man, that's awesome you found a brand switch that actually worked out... I did the same thing with my cat's food a few months back. She was on this expensive grain-free stuff that cost a fortune, and I tried a mid-range brand on a whim. Turned out she liked it even better and my wallet stopped crying every time I stocked up. It's funny how we think they need the fancy stuff when really they just want something that doesn't make their tummy hurt, you know?

Oh, careful - that's $85 a month savings, not per year. Still a nice chunk of change though.

Yeah, I gotta disagree with you there @paul_ramirez. $85 a month adds up to over a thousand bucks a year, that's real money to most people. I'd take that any day.
