Found out my grandpa's old truck gets better mileage than my new sedan
Was looking through some old receipts and realized his 1982 F-150 averaged 22 mpg, which is actually higher than my 2020 Mazda. Anyone else discover an old stat that surprised them about something you assumed was worse back then?

Found my dad's old 1991 Civic was getting 38 mpg back in the day. That's way better than my 2019 Focus, which barely hits 30.
