Ditched my weekly spreads for daily logs after I missed 3 appointments in one month
I used to spend an hour every Sunday setting up fancy weekly layouts with washi tape and color coding, but my ADHD brain just ignored them after Tuesday. Now I just flip to a fresh page each morning and jot down that day's tasks as they come up - has anyone else found that simpler setups actually work better?

Oh man, ditch the fluff" is basically my life motto as someone who once wrote a three-page email about why I was late to a meeting (it was traffic, obviously). I have this problem where I think every tiny detail is super important, like describing the exact shade of beige on the wall behind the person I'm talking to. My brain just goes "but what if they NEED to know I used a blue pen to write down the grocery list?" It's a curse, really. So yeah, I feel this in my bones.

Three pages?! For traffic? Man your boss must've been SO confused reading that whole thing before getting to the point.
