Why does nobody talk about how long it takes to fix a messed up job application system?
I mean, I spent the last two weeks trying to get my resume past the automated filters at this one company. I kept getting auto-rejected in like 5 minutes. I finally realized my resume didn't have the exact keywords from their job ad, so I had to rewrite the whole thing. It took me 3 hours just to tweak it for one single application. Has anyone else had to spend that much time just to get past a robot?

Yeah, the "gotta play the game" part hits hard. It feels like so much extra work just to get seen now, like jumping through hoops for no real reason. I miss when you could just do the actual work.
