Back then, gossip would spread for ages before any fix came through. Last week, a fake story about a singer's feud got called out by their team in like two hours. It was a small win for keeping things real online. Now we can trust the news a bit more without all the old drama.

Honestly used to agree with brooket43 about nothing ever getting fixed. Seeing that rumor shut down so fast actually felt different though. Maybe it's not perfect but it's a step away from the old wild west days.
