DAE think those 'this one trick' YouTube thumbnails with the red arrows are a total scam

I followed a video that promised to fix my leaky faucet with a single tool and a 5-minute DIY trick, but after I spent $30 on a specialized wrench it still drips a week later, has anyone else fallen for those over-hyped repair tutorials?

That $30 wrench probably was a bit much, but I think the bigger issue here is the misleading thumbnail if it doesn't match what's in the video. @erickelly is right to call out the clickbait arrows, since they're designed to make you stop scrolling no matter what the content is. Just wish more folks would put that much effort into making a useful video instead of a flashy preview.
