Can we talk about how "just push through it" is bad advice for beginners?
A guy named Marcus in a Discord server flat out said my code was unreadable and I should stop worrying about finishing the tutorial and rewrite the same 20 lines until they made sense. I hated hearing it. He was right though, I slowed down and spent a full weekend just on loops, and now I actually get what I'm typing instead of copying it. Anyone else get told to slow down when they wanted to speed up?
