Paid $50 for a Python course on Udemy and it finally made loops click for me
I was stuck on for loops for like three weeks, then that one instructor broke it down with a real example and it just made sense. Did anyone else hit a wall with something super basic and then a paid course actually helped?

The way they break it down with real world examples is honestly the only reason it stuck for me too... three weeks of tutorials and YouTube videos just showing me syntax and I was still lost. That moment when they showed a for loop in action with something practical, like going through a list of names or something, it just clicked. Those cheap courses on sale are hit or miss but when they hit, it's totally worth it. It's funny how something so basic can be the thing that trips you up the longest.

Sat down with my nephew a few months back trying to show him basic stuff. He was getting nowhere with the tutorials too. Grabbed a list of his favorite Pokemon and wrote a loop to print each one with their evolution form right beside it. Took about thirty seconds for his eyes to light up. He started adding his own stuff after that, changing the names and seeing what happened. Sometimes the dumbest examples are the ones that get through.

Man, that 'click' moment is real lol. For me it was when they showed how a while loop could keep asking a user for input until they got it right. It's crazy how the simplest patterns are the ones you need to see in action before they actually make sense.
