The guy at my local comic shop said I was reading Marvel wrong and it got me thinking

He told me I skip too many tie-in issues and miss the whole point of the story arcs. Has anyone else had a comic nerd completely rewrite how you approach a series?

Wait, like actually flipping the comic over and reading from back to front or just reading the issue numbers in reverse? @emmaking that's honestly hilarious either way because I once convinced my little cousin that Spider-Man comics had to be read on the bus only or the story wouldn't make sense. She believed it for like two years until her teacher asked why she kept her comics in her backpack and never read them at home. It made me laugh because your brother probably has no idea you're just letting him think you're doing some weird X-Men ritual or something. That kind of sibling joke is the best because you never have to come clean, you just let them keep believing their strange little theory forever.
