Rant: I bought a cheap thermal paste applicator kit for $25. Total waste.
It came with a stencil and a spreader tool. The stencil tore on the second CPU, and the spreader left more air bubbles than my old credit card method. Anyone have a better way to apply paste on a bunch of office PCs at once?

That stencil tearing is the real problem. You need something that can handle a dozen CPUs without falling apart. Have you looked into the metal reusable ones from companies like Thermal Grizzly?
