Warning: My crew fights me on using the new blueprint app, but it stops so many site mistakes.
I keep pushing for digital plans since paper ones always lead to costly delays and frustrated clients!

Our crew came around once they saw instant updates.

Hey @ross.christopher, that part about your crew coming around after seeing instant updates is spot on! I see this all the time in daily life, where people resist change until the benefit is right there in front of them. Like when a new system rolls out at work, everyone grumbles at first but then loves it once they see things moving faster. It's like we all need that immediate win to really believe in something. Your story is a perfect example of how showing beats telling every time!

My friend's coworker fought the new software until her reports took half the time.

Totally get that. My old boss was the same way about switching to a scheduling app. Took one missed job to make him see the light.
