Picked the window seat over the aisle for a 6 hour flight to Denver

I always choose aisle so I can stretch my legs, but this time I wanted to watch the Rocky Mountains come into view. Turned out I got boxed in by two snorers and couldn't get up for three hours straight. Has anyone else made a seat choice they instantly regretted like that?

Read something about how the left side is better for mountain views.

Start looking at the specific trail you're hiking and the time of day you're going. Honestly, the left side can be better for morning sun on the peaks, but if you're after sunset, the right side might give you a better angle. Tbh, I've had good views from both sides, it really depends on where you're trying to catch the light.

Yeah but what about how the bugs are way worse on one side depending on the season.
