Spent $80 on a 'plot twist generator' app and all I got was 'the butler did it' 47 times

Ngl, I thought this app would spit out some wild, unexpected scenarios for my murder mystery novel, but after three days of using it, every single prompt ended with the butler being the killer. Has anyone else wasted cash on writing tools that just don't deliver?

Honestly at least a hamster twist would be way more interesting than the butler again.

@julia_carter61 imagine the final scene where the hamster wheels into the living room and everyone slowly turns around haha. The butler twist is so played out it's basically a meme now. I swear every mystery app I download has the butler as the killer, it's like they all read the same plot guide.

ngl that app sounds like it was trained on a single season of a 90s sitcom. maybe try feeding your own plot ideas into a regular AI and tell it to avoid butlers entirely. or just make your killer the pet hamster nobody suspected.
