Fell for a fake 'government grant' Facebook ad

Lost $47 signing up for some grant matching service. Turns out it was just a data harvesting scam run out of a strip mall in Phoenix. Anyone else get burned by those targeted ads?

My credit score must be REALLY good now since I've paid for so many "free" government grants. Seriously though, strip mall scammers are making a KILLING off people like us who just wanted a little financial help. Guess I'll stick to losing money on lottery tickets from now on, at least those are upfront about being a rip-off.
