My ex showed up at my son's soccer game in Austin last Saturday and it got messy
He was supposed to be out of town, but he came to the field and started yelling at me about the child support check being late. My son, Jake, was right there and got really upset. I had to walk away and call my friend to come get me because I was shaking too much to drive. Has anyone had to deal with a public scene like that and how did you handle it afterwards?

Been there, had my ex cause a scene at a school play. First thing I did was text my lawyer everything that happened, word for word.

Yeah, it's wild how often that happens now. I've seen so many friends have to immediately document stuff like that, not just with exes but with neighbors or even difficult family members. It feels like you need a paper trail for any minor conflict these days, just in case it blows up later.
