Appreciation post: the day my dusting ladder paid for itself in one house in Scottsdale

I spent all Tuesday cleaning crown molding 14 feet up in a massive living room and realized I'd have been stuck renting a scaffolding for $200 if I hadn't just bought my own 12-foot Little Giant ladder, has anyone else had a single job make a tool worth every penny?

Hate to be that person but have you thought about the neck strain savings too? I bet that thing pays for itself in avoided chiropractor bills on top of the rental money.

Oh definitely, I hadn't even considered the neck strain part. That alone could save a fortune over time if you use a laptop a lot.
