Dropped $150 on a fancy corner roller for a big job in Denver

My partner said it was a waste of cash and to just use my knife. But on a 12-foot vaulted ceiling, that roller laid the bead perfect in one pass, no bubbles. Saved me at least two hours of fussing. Anyone have a corner tool they swear by or think is junk?

My last corner job looked like a toddler with a spork attacked it.

The real problem is paint drying too fast on the brush. You dip it, get to the corner, and the tip is already gummy. That's when you get those weird, thick lines. A damp brush helps, but then you risk drips. It's a losing battle against physics.

Yeah @gracethomas, that's just how corners are sometimes.

Wasn't there some DIY show that said corners are the hardest part? I mean idk maybe they just need a special brush or something.
