Client told me my brow mapping was too stiff and she was right

Had a regular last month who finally spoke up after 3 visits. She said my arches looked drawn on like a stencil instead of natural. I was doing the standard 3-point method every time. She showed me a photo of her brows from 5 years ago before she started coming to me. Now I trace her natural brow shape first then just clean up the strays. Takes 10 minutes longer but her brows actually look like brows now. Any other estheticians here ditch the ruler and go more organic with mapping?

Yeah "good for her for speaking up" is right. I get so tired of people staying quiet just to keep the peace. @carr.abby, you hit the nail on the head. Sometimes you just gotta say what needs saying no matter who gets uncomfortable. It takes guts to break the silence like that.
