I was dead wrong about LED face masks for a year

Kept telling clients those $200+ LED masks were just a gimmick for spa retail sales. Then I borrowed my coworker's Dr. Dennis SpectraLite mask after she got results on her melasma in about 6 weeks. After using it 3 times a week for 2 months straight I saw my own post-inflammatory marks fade way faster than with serums alone. Has anyone else had a treatment they wrote off turn out to actually work?

Damn, that's a solid reminder to not be so quick to judge stuff. I had a buddy who swore by those little red light panels for his knee pain after he tore his ACL. He showed me his before and after photos and I was like okay, that's not nothing. He said he was super skeptical too until his physical therapist told him to try it. Sometimes you just gotta see it work on someone you know.

Honestly, "results on her melasma" is what opened my eyes too, never thought light therapy could actually tackle pigment like that.

My coworker had the same melasma results with the Dr. Dennis mask in about 5 weeks and that's what finally got me to try it. @wren230 you're right, seeing it work on someone you know is way different than just hearing the sales pitch. Ngl, I used to think it was all hype but now I'm a believer after seeing my own dark spots fade.
