Update: Neck stiffness is killing me after long waxing days.
Any stretches you recommend?

Yeah, Nelson's tip about the posture is so real, it made a huge difference for me too. I still do some chin tucks and shoulder rolls at the end of the day though, lol. That combo finally got the ache to chill out.

Honestly everyone misses the real fix. Your problem starts before you even stretch. Stop cranking your neck down to look at clients all day. Practice keeping your spine straight and only moving your eyes down. It trains you out of that hunch. Game changer for me after years of pain.

Neck rolls are a common go-to... but they can strain more than help. Gently tilting your head side to side for 30 seconds is safer.
